I’m a natural communicator with in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in the real estate, charities and retail sectors. I prioritise learning and understanding each individual client’s commercial needs to enable transactions to run smoothly and reach the desired result.

With an interest and passion for commercial property work, I thrive in the fast-paced legal environment helping my clients further their business needs by advising on a variety of real estate transactions.

Advising a leading UK supplier of signage and graphic solutions on the sale and leaseback of two premises for £3,250,000 and £1,000,000 respectively.

Advising a prominent restaurant on the lease for an additional premises and lease renewal at an existing well known sea-side location

Advising a leading independent car service garage with 14 regional south east locations in relation to new leases and lease renewals at its various sites

Advising a renowned media agency on the sale and leaseback of its central London premises for £10,000,000 and a further underlease to a third party together with further property management matters.
