Paul G. Bartholomew

Paul is a solicitor in the Real Estate department. Paul trained and qualified as a solicitor at a City firm and for many years was a property partner in a large local firm. He joined PDT in 2003 as a consultant. Paul specialises in most aspects of commercial property dealing mainly with development projects both residential and retail including options and forward commitments for acquisitions and disposals: local authority highways and other infrastructure documentation including general commercial conveyancing for occupiers and investors.

Freddy Salinger (non solicitor)

Freddy is a consultant to the firm. He has worked in the asset based lending world for over 40 years and is widely regarded as one of the founders of modern factoring in the UK. He is a member of the legal committee of Factors Chain International and was until recently a representative to UNCITRAL.

Freddy is the author of Salinger on Factoring which is now in its fourth edition and is regularly quoted in legal cases on issues concerning the sale of receivables.
