Helen Byng

Helen is a Legal Executive who joined PDT in 2002. Helen previously worked in the commercial property department of a leading national firm of solicitors based in London. She manages the plot sales team who act for a number of property developers and housing associations, and deals with the preparation of all documentation in connection with the sale of freehold and leasehold plots.

 

Carl Mason

Carl joined the Real Estate department in September 2008. He has over 20 years experience in residential property development, plot sales and shared ownership work. He works along side Helen Byng in the plot sales team acting for property developers and housing associations.

 

 

Ruth Clinton

Ruth is a member of the Company Commercial team focusing on and assisting in the production of specialist documentation for many large financial institutions including banks, regional funding organisations, factors and insolvency practitioners.

Ruth is a graduate member of the Institute of Legal Executives after previously completing a Business and Law Degree at Sussex University.

 

Chris Billington

Having worked in the field of debt recovery and credit management for the previous 14 years, most recently as Collections Manager for a Fortune 500 company, Chris joined pdt as Head of Debt Recovery in 2011.

A member of the Institute of Credit Management and valued contributor of articles for several credit magazines, he specialises in all aspects of commercial receivables management and debt recovery with a particular focus on the factoring and invoice discounting industry.

 

Ann Kaplan

Ann joined the Debt Recovery Department in 2008 after spending 10 years with a Worthing law firm concerned primarily with Commercial Debt Recovery and Matrimonial work.

She is a qualified Legal Executive and has recently undertaken and passed a further specialist course in Debt Recovery and Insolvency to add to the experience and expertise in debt litigation and enforcement that she provides to our clients.
