Nigel Cook – Company Commercial

Nigel has been a partner in PDT for over 10 years and heads the Insolvency department of the firm. He has handled most aspects of Corporate and Commercial law, from EU competition law, intellectual property (licensing and litigation), banking and security work to share and asset transactions, MBO’s, corporate finance and corporate insolvency. Nigel has been involved in many aspects of corporate recovery, advising financiers, directors and insolvency practitioners.

Noel is head of the Company and Commercial department.  His particular expertise covers receivables financing and asset based lending, private equity transactions in a range of sectors and corporate insolvency.

Rebecca Glazebrook – Company Commercial

Rebecca qualified with a firm in Guildford in 2000 and joined the company commercial team at PDT in January 2006. Rebecca specialises in corporate law, advising clients on a wide range of issues such as acquisitions and disposals of businesses and companies, MBOs and MBIs, corporate finance, joint venture arrangements, shareholder agreements and company law matters. Rebecca also advises on commercial contracts.
