Nigel Cook – Insolvency

Nigel has been a partner in PDT for over 10 years and heads the Insolvency department of the firm. He has handled most aspects of Corporate and Commercial law, from EU competition law, intellectual property (licensing and litigation), banking and security work to share and asset transactions, MBO’s, corporate finance and corporate insolvency. Nigel has been involved in many aspects of corporate recovery, advising financiers, directors and insolvency practitioners.
