Jeff Streater – Property

Jeff joined PDT in 2005, having spent over three years at the Surrey office of a City law firm where he qualified as a solicitor. He has dealt with a broad range of commercial property matters, and has particular experience of acting for developers and Housing Associations.

Paul Bartholomew - Property

Paul trained and qualified as a solicitor at a City firm in 1981. He then joined and became a partner of a south-eastern firm and joined PDT in 2003 as a consultant. Paul specialises in most aspects of Commercial Property dealing mainly with development projects both residential and retail including options and forward commitments for acquisitions and disposals: local authority highways and other infrastructure documentation including general commercial conveyancing for occupiers and investors.

Jonathan Sara - Property

Jonathan qualified at a London firm in 2003 and joined the Real Estate Department at PDT in July 2005. Jonathan assists William Keating, and has broad experience in property work and in particular securities and advising local authorities.

Helen Byng - Property

Helen is a Legal Executive who joined PDT in 2002.  Helen previously worked for 4 years in London in the commercial property department of a leading national firm of solicitors.  She deals with a broad range of Commercial Property work, including assisting with the acquisition of sites for residential development and preparing the plot sales documentation in order to sell on both commercial and residential properties.  Helen also deals with certificates of title for lenders funding property transactions.

William Keating - Property

William acts for a number of major lending institutions and banks in dealing with high value secured lending. He also deals with security work on behalf of many clients within the factoring industry. William is instructed by local and other public authorities particularly in relation to disposal of high value surplus sites for development purposes and the leasing of commercial premises to social bodies. William has a broad range of experience in commercial, landlord and tenant and development work.
