PDT Solicitors and Lloyds Banking Group are hosting a free seminar focusing on Property Investment and Property Development Lending on Friday 23rd August at 8.30am - 11am at the PDT offices in Horsham.

The session is hosted by PDT Solicitors, who work with a number of property investors with both large and small portfolios and national and local housebuilders and developers both large and small in investment and strategic land development through options, promotion agreements, planning and conditional contracts. PDT also act for land owners looking to secure development opportunities for their land holding whether through their own promotion or by selling to developers. Seeing the project through from the planning process to the sale of individual plots or the whole site.
