What have we worked on recently?

Our recent assignments include:

  • Advising a national company who design, manufacture and supply disability equipment on how to manage its restructure across five sites and strategies for cost reduction which involved changing employment terms and conditions for its 130 or so employees.
  • Undertaking a bespoke leadership and effective self-management training programme for the senior talent of a pioneering UK intellectual property firm.
  • Successfully resisting a variety of claims, including a bonus claim in excess of £150k.
  • Providing transactional support to our corporate team on a number of deals including Flagship Europe's acquisition of Calder Foods, a leading manufacturer of high chilled food products. This included drafting employment specific warranties and indemnities, undertaking relevant due diligence and identifying employment risks and issues.
