A fantastic turn out for our “What’s Next for Local Plans in Surrey and Sussex” seminar at our office in Horsham today. Brilliant and engaging presentations from Andy Black of Andrew Black Consulting and James Clewlow from PDT Solicitors about where we are with local plan progress and 5 year housing supply in Surrey and Sussex which led to some detailed conversions around emerging government guidance, its implications and the complications the sector faces such as water neutrality.
