A great start to the New Year as Holly and Rosie return to PDT

Rosie comments "My return to work has certainly been a huge adjustment to my day-to-day life and the prospect of being away from my son for such a large part of the week was a daunting one. I am fortunate that he has quickly settled into his nursery, is having fun and being very well taken care of there. PDT has undergone a number of significant and exciting changes while I have been away which has meant that as well as getting back into the swing of work, I have been spending some time getting up to speed with the new systems and familiarising myself with our new look office which is fabulous! After 14 months away it feels exciting to be back and I feel I have returned to work with a new focus and renewed energy. I’m really looking forward to catching up with clients and working with the PDT team on corporate transactions. It’s good to be back."

Rosie acts on a wide range of corporate transactions, including company acquisitions, disposals and investments.  She has particular expertise in the financial aspects of corporate law, including matters of banking and security. Rosie also undertakes non-transactional work for private limited companies, charities and individuals, advising on incorporations, commercial contracts and general corporate matters.

 

Holly sayes "I am so excited to be back at PDT as I really missed the intellectual stimulation and the interaction with my colleagues and clients. I definitely felt apprehensive about returning and I share Rosie’s sentiments that it was daunting at first losing that little bit of control as a parent by leaving my son, but I have had nothing but encouragement, kindness and generosity from my colleagues who have made the transition to becoming a working mum so much easier. With the support I’ve had I certainly feel very lucky to be have settled back in so quickly – it’s as if I never left!"

Holly acts in the sale and purchase of businesses in the healthcare sector, and also deals with all associated real estate matters, which include lease assignments, new leases and freehold commercial property acquisitions. Holly also deals with secured lending matters, acting for banks on transactions in the healthcare and charitable sectors

 

 

We have missed Rosie and Holly whilst they have been away and it is great to have them back. They have settled in seamlessly and are straight back to helping our clients with a wide range of corporate, real estate and healthcare matters. Holly and Rosie will be reconnecting with many of you in the coming weeks and we look forward to the bright future they both have at PDT.
