I am an associate in the real estate team, advising on a variety of commercial real estate matters.

I predominantly act on the sale and purchase of businesses in the healthcare sector across England & Wales, and I’ve built up a network of repeat clients with multiple businesses.

In addition, I act for both commercial landlords and tenants, and for asset-based lenders in connection with the perfection of security over real estate.

I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients and my colleagues in striving to achieve practical and helpful solutions.
