Congratulations to Rebecca Glazebrook for winning Lawyer of the Year at the Insider South East Dealmakers Awards 2022

Celebrations for all the PDT team at the 2022 Insider South East Dealmakers Awards which took place at Lingfield Park last night as Rebecca Glazebrook won Corporate Lawyer of The Year. This is a fantastic achievement for Rebecca and recognises the size and complexity of the deals she has worked on in the last year. We are all truly delighted for her.
Rebecca comments "With the fantastic support of our colleagues here at PDT, our clients and professional referrers, the Corporate team at PDT has gone from strength to strength. I am so proud to be part of an exceptionally dedicated and hard-working team and, as delighted as I am to have received this award, truly believe that it is our success as a corporate team that is being recognised. Our culture and values as a firm are as important to us as our expertise as lawyers and our common-sense approach to dealmaking are to our clients. These are the reasons why clients enjoy working with us and why we are recognised as a leading law firm in the South East.”
Amongst the deals that Rebecca worked on she led the corporate team on the sale of Bamboo Distribution Limited to Rubicon Partners Acquisition of Bamboo Distribution by Rubicon; the acquisition of Advantedge Commercial Finance by eCapital Corp and the sale of Urquhart-Dykes & Lord LLP to Murgitroyd.
