PDT act on rapid expansion of Pharmacy group fast becoming one to watch in the sector

PDT are really pleased to have acted for Sree Sai Ltd on the acquisition of Peter Morgan Pharmacy in Wales. This will be the third pharmacy purchase in 18 months for the group, as they seek to rapidly expand their presence in the sector across the UK.
The pharmacy based in Wales was acquired from a sole trader, together with the freehold property. We were instructed to deal with all corporate and property related matters, and we were also instructed on a dual representation basis by our client’s funder Barclays.
