PDT advise on the management buy-out of CCS Group Holdings Limited

CCS Collect is one of the UK’s best known and market leading Debt Collection Agencies. The experienced management team, led by Jon Godbold and Keith Steward, were advised by Rebecca Glazebrook, Rosie Haines and Mark Diamond of PDT.

Having long established relationships throughout the public and private sectors, CCS Collect is one of the few agencies to hold Central Government contracts. Covering the UK market from its operating centre in Thornton Heath, Surrey, CCS Collect successfully operates in excess of 900,000 customer accounts, collecting in debts in excess of £36 million per annum with a staff of 80.
