PDT advises KAMIC Group on the acquisition of Distec Limited

Swedish based KAMIC Group AB (KAMIC) is a corporate group consisting of more than 20 companies active in trade, product development and manufacturing and is present in 12 countries throughout Northern Europe, Asia and the USA. The acquisition of Distec Limited builds upon the presence of the KAMIC within the UK.
Founded in 1992, Manchester-based Distec Limited (Distec) has built an enviable reputation in its niche arena of specialist signage products. It provides technological solutions to blue chip customers in the industrial, medical and digital sectors (among others) across the UK and Ireland. Distec differentiates itself with a collaborative approach that allows customers to take products on loan, test them in real life environments and ensure they are appropriate for the customer’s application. Distec’s diverse range of products includes touch screen monitors, medical computers, digital signage and mounting solutions.
