In a number of parts of the South East, land with the benefit of planning permission is becoming as rare as hens teeth as developers battle with the constraints of nitrates, water neutrality, bio diversity and a central Government that seems to have encouraged local authorities to (stop) slow down the planning process.
This makes it particularly satisfying to have completed on the sale of the site for 36 units at the former telephone exchange at Newick, East Sussex.
