PDT Solicitors has been shortlisted in three categories in the South East Dealmakers Awards 2019
Run by Insider Media, the annual ceremony recognises the high-quality professional advisory firms in the region, as well as the work of corporate finance professionals, banks and individuals. It also highlights some of the largest and most notable transactions of the past 12 months.
PDT Solicitors has been shortlisted for:
Deal of The Year (Over £10m) - MBO of The Specialist Works
Private Equity/ Venture Capital Deal – MBO investment in Geotech by Mobeus Equity Partners
Corporate Lawyer of The Year - Rebecca Glazebrook
An independent panel of expert judges determined the shortlists for the Deal of the Year categories, and a rigorous voting process involving more than 45 firms, private equity houses, banks and other stakeholder companies, determine who is in line for the remaining awards.
The 2019 winner will be announced at the Awards in February.
