PDT Solicitors advises on the sale of Advantedge Commercial Finance to eCapital Corp

PDT advised in relation to the MBO of Advantedge in 2016 by David Tilling, Neal Errington and Darren Cottenden, which was backed by Mobeus Equity Partners, and was pleased to help the management team again on the sale. eCapital Corp, the buyer, is a leading North American alternative finance provider providing working capital to similarly sized businesses.
