PDT Solicitors advises on the sale of ICA Digital to Automated Group Systems Limited

The shareholders, including private equity investment partner Foresight VCT were advised by corporate partners Rebecca Glazebrook and Andrew Hoad.

The acquisition will enable ASL, a leading provider of managed print services operating in the Midlands, Thames Valley and Cambridge and backed by Mobeus Equity, to expand it’s offering into the South-East region.
