PDT Solicitors advises on the sale of Novatron Scientific Ltd

Novatron is a leading specialist in the supply and calibration of precision instruments and equipment for relative humidity, water activity, dew point, temperature and light. 

 

The business was founded in 1992 by Simon Long and is now the only exclusive approved UK agent for Novasina instruments and the exclusive museum supplier and service agent for Defensor humidifiers.

 

Rhopoint is an engineering and technology group of companies specialising in the design, manufacture, distribution and service of high quality products into niche markets globally.

 

The shareholders were advised by Noel Ruddy (Corporate), Sian Webber (Corporate) and Elise Sherwell (Real Estate).
