PDT Solicitors advises on the sale of The HR Services Partnership to Marlowe Group plc

HRSP are based in Horsham and when Maria and Jerry approached Andrew Hoad they were pleased to find a local firm with plenty of experience in dealing with transactions of this nature. Andrew and his team worked closely with Marlowe’s solicitors to ensure that the deal reached its conclusion smoothly and within the desired timeframe.

 

Becoming part of the Marlowe Group will allow the fantastic business that Maria and Jerry have established to grow even more and offer complementary services (such as occupational health) to their clients within the voluntary and community sector.

 

Maria and Jerry will stay involved in the business for the next few months to help with an orderly transition of the business.
