PDT Solicitors advises shareholders on sale of Atomwide Limited

Founded in 1987 by Martin Coulson and Mandy House, Atomwide has become a leading supplier of managed technology services to schools, local authorities, and private enterprises. It is the main provider of IT services and communication support for London Grid for Learning which supplies information and technology services to around 3,000 schools in London.
AdEPT, an AIM-listed company that has over 20,000 customers across the UK, provides telecom services to the government, health and education sectors. Atomwide will now be able to provide a greater range of services to its existing and new customers.
