Sunley built and developed the purpose-built student accommodation at the heart of West London’s thriving university heartland.
The development which also included retail units let to Tesco, Pret a Manger and Caffé Nero was constructed by Sunley in 2011 following a successful planning application, has proved to be a significant income producing asset, and represents a significant move in the student accommodation space. The sale at above £22m demonstrated the continued strength in this sector.
