PDT Solicitors promote Ruth Clinton to Associate FCILEx

Ruth is an expert in banking and finance law including invoice finance, acquisition finance and asset-based lending. Assisting invoice financiers, asset-based lenders and lenders with providing finance securely, Ruth enjoys the varied challenges that this specialist area of law brings. Ruth also advises on non-contentious corporate restructuring matters and is ranked in the 2023 The Legal 500 rankings as a Recommended Lawyer for her Asset Based Lending work.

 

Ruth qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Banking and Finance and has been advising our clients for a number of years in this complex area of law. Ruth is the first of our Chartered Legal Executives within the firm to have made Associate and this promotion is significant as it recognises the quality and expertise of this route into law.
