PDT Solicitors promotes five female team members in the midst of the covid19 pandemic

Sometimes in the midst of everyone talking of the “new normal” it is good to go back to what was the “old normal”. At this time of year we always look to acknowledge the achievements of our staff and make promotions. This year, in the turbulence of Covid-19 a number of people had said that it would be inappropriate to do so, and would send out “the wrong message”. I disagreed on the basis that the firm’s culture and values are all about encouraging and developing our staff, offering support and praise, and recognising their achievements.

 

So, in line with this we are really pleased to announce that Holly Goacher has been promoted to a Partner, jumping the Senior Associate grading which is a great testament to her hard work and commitment to the development of the firm. Rosie Haines and Elise Sherwell have been promoted to Senior Associate and Sian Webber and Laura McMaster have been promoted to Associate.

 

In doing this we are continuing with our plans for the growth and development of the firm, and the “old normal” will help us shape what the “new normal” will look like. Congratulations to them all.
