PDT Solicitors welcome Aimee Hunter to its growing debt recovery team

Aimee Hunter’s appointment further strengthens PDT’s debt collection offering.

Aimee graduated from the University of Winchester in 2016 with a First Class Law Degree.

 

For the last three years she has worked in the Claims Management Sector as a Legal Claims Administrator, making legal claims to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, firms, banks and the Financial Ombudsman Service, particularly for shares, CFDs, land and timeshare. She was instrumental in developing new legal arguments and was responsible for millions of pounds worth of recovery. For the last two years she additionally held a managerial position, as well as being Complaints Handler. She has also had extensive experience with dealing with the Ministry of Justice.

 

Recovering well over £1 million for its clients in the last 12 months, PDT’s specialist Debt Recovery team undertakes large volumes of debt recovery work for a variety of sectors with a particular specialism in the asset-based lending (ABL), invoice finance, recruitment and retail industries.

 

PDT Solicitors also provide a full sales ledger collection service for its clients as well as being instructed on discrete debts and were recently instructed in the high-profile insolvency of Toys “R” Us Limited to collect two debtor ledgers.
