Robert Kenyon joins PDT Solicitors as Partner in its commercial dispute resolution team. Robert has 20 years’ experience of advising businesses and individuals in a range of industry sectors on disputes arising from commercial relationships and corporate transactions, including commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution
Robert comes to PDT Solicitors from Irwin Mitchell, having also had extensive city experience at Slaughter and May. Robert’s expertise will strengthen PDT’s commercial litigation offering, working with a variety of businesses, individuals and in-house teams on strategies for resolving disputes and avoiding potential disputes in their commercial activities, and on reducing the risks associated with such disputes.
