PDT Solicitors welcomes back Chehraz Fox to the Real Estate team as a Senior Associate

Chehraz helps her clients further their business needs by advising and assisting on a variety of real estate transactions including acting for both landlords and tenants on commercial leasehold work, Pharmacy and Healthcare clients in the buying, selling and refinancing of pharmacy businesses and on general Real Estate matters including acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.

Chehraz also acts for asset-based lenders in relation to taking security and deals with secured lending matters counting a large bank for charities as a regular client.
