PDT’s Commercial Dispute Resolution team is promoted up the rankings in The Legal 500

Our specialist team of commercial lawyers advise and assist clients resolve their business disputes with a particular focus in commercial contract disputes, corporate transaction disputes, director/shareholder disputes and professional negligence claims.

In the course of their research, PDT’s commercial dispute resolution team was described as ‘excellent’ and ‘very professional’. The team were said to ‘make it easy to understand difficult situations” and praised for being ‘well resourced’ and for having ‘a practical approach to dispute resolution.’ The wide-range of expertise among the team has also been recognised with one client commenting that ‘The team has specialists in various areas which has been useful as our requirements have been diverse.’

Individual members of the team were singled out with high praise. William Angas who leads the team was described as ‘excellent.’ Another commented that he was “helpful and professional - his attention to my case was reassuring and conscientious.”

Justin McConville was praised for being ‘professional, personable, empathetic and diligent’ and Ben Ashworth was praised for maintaining ‘a good level of communication, had a superb understanding of the issues to be resolved and a clear route to achieving our goals. He was realistic with our prospects of success when it came to taking action and ended up over-delivering.’
