Our Partner Rebecca Glazebrook was invited to the SouthEast Dealmakers Awards Roundtable 2019 bringing together some of the leading corporate finance professionals and funders in the South East to discuss a range of current issues that are affecting the deals market in the region.
The discussion focused on what today’s pipeline of deals is, what the investment and funding landscape looks like and how businesses are reacting to various economic and political challenges.
Imminent changes to the Entrepreneurs Relief was discussed and the group also explored what the future might hold given the uncertain economic climate, in which a recession has been widely predicted, and the aftermath of leaving the EU.
