Sporting success, pizza and drinks at PDT’s Annual Staff Rounders Competition yesterday evening.

There was a great effort made by all, Team 1 were the clear winners on the night, winning both of their games. Everyone had an enjoyable time, albeit some of the rules were loosely interpreted! and it was some useful practice for those attending the PDT Future Leaders Rounders Tournament in August.

Special mentions to Laura McMaster for being the only player to successfully complete a rounder whilst holding a ¾ quarter full glass of prosecco, and not spilling a drop. Peter Farley for organising the event, Duncan Chisholm, Max Lavender-Brown and Zara Williams for being umpires and/or scorers and to Victoria Jackson for organising the pizza delivery and drop off, and to the rain for staying away.

Another enjoyable staff event, which reinforces the fun, welcoming and supportive culture we have a PDT.
