The Lyon does not sleep tonight

PDT’s hospitality sector team has recently helped the Lyon Pub Company launch its first venture.
Successful restauranteur Henry Harris and David Strauss joined forces to cook up a storm in the sector with their new venture refurbishing and relaunching The Three Compasses in Farringdon. Its promises growth, growth, growth and opened in early autumn.
Henry said “PDT really helped make this venture quick, stress free and clean. We are really pleased to be working with them”.
The Three Compasses pub has a 300-year history, which the pair are keen to keep alive. The restaurant, called Bouchon Racine, offers drinks including a range of Beaujolais and Burgundy wines from Lyon, while the menu will feature bistro style dishes such as veal chop in rocquefort butter; a côte de boeuf in béarnaise sauce; and crème caramel, with seasonal ingredients supplied from Smithfield market.
