The Corporate team deliver a high-quality corporate and commercial legal service. We are collaborative and team-orientated. Experience of a range of corporate matters is required for the role but most importantly:
you will have worked in a busy and supportive team and have experience of supervising
you will have a good knowledge of commercial and legal issues affecting the corporate and commercial sector
you should have first-class communication skills.
you should have a meticulous eye for detail, views for progression and a forward-thinking manner.
As an individual, you should be a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude, able to work well independently or as part of a team.
