We are looking for an experienced IT Manager

We are looking to recruit an IT Manager to join our expanding IT team. Your main responsibilities will be to develop and maintain the firm's case management, practice management and other software systems.

You will be working closely with the business to understand and capture business requirements, translate these into solutions and deliver high quality solutions into the law firm.

You will come with a diverse skill set and be prepared to work on Visualfiles, .NET, SQL and Visualfiles projects in line with business requirements. You will also have a strong knowledge of MS Office applications.

The primary focus of this position is to:

• Develop and maintain the firm’s case management system Visualfiles and other applications the impact the operations of the firm
• Develop and deliver key management information reporting
• Analyse and recommend new processes/systems/software in order to continuously develop the firm’s systems functionality in line with IT Strategy
• Promote and monitor adherence to best practice standards/appropriate methodologies
• Provide guidance and support to internal users of the firm’s systems
• Ensure technical issues are resolved as soon as possible and establish good communication channels between the firm and 3rd party suppliers

• Skilled or willing to learn Visualfiles, SOS, .NET and SQL
• Previous experience with web technology such as HTML and Java Script
• Knowledge of working within a Law firm environment
