Welcome back to Faye Griffiths who has returned to PDT as a consultant solicitor within our Corporate Commercial and Asset Based Lending teams

Faye has considerable corporate commercial experience, with particular expertise in corporate restructuring, insolvency and asset based lending, having been recommended for corporate restructuring in the ‘Legal 500: Hong Kong Restructuring and Insolvency’ publication in 2018. She also spent time seconded for 10 months to major international oil and gas company in Singapore, acting as Regional Legal Counsel for Asia and spent 18 months practising BVI law at an offshore firm in Singapore in their insolvency and dispute resolution team.

 

Faye has a good commercial understanding of a client’s needs with a pragmatic approach and strives to pre-empt and resolve issues before they arise. Faye enjoys acting as a business /strategic advisor as well as legal advisor to clients. She is calm under pressure, easy to work with and enjoys the problem-solving elements of matters, particularly issues relating to cross-border aspects which is a key strength.
