I am a solicitor in the commercial real estate team.

My role includes working on a variety of commercial property transactions including refinances, acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases and pharmacy transactions.

I act for a wide range of clients including private individuals, limited companies and charitable organisations.

My experience

Acting for a well known animal charity on the grant of an underlease to another charitable organisation which was key in opening up animal welfare capacity in a deprived area.

Acquisition of a high street pharmacy in South London with a value of over £1.5m as part of client’s ongoing growth program.

Assisting on the acquisition of 36 new estates for a large Retirement Housing Association.

How we made a difference
