I am a solicitor in the real estate team, advising on a variety of commercial real estate matters.

I predominantly act on the sale and purchase of businesses in the healthcare sector across England & Wales, and I’ve built up a network of repeat clients with multiple businesses. I also have experience with acquisitions and disposals of land, option agreements relating to development portfolios, and commercial leases.

I have experience with a multitude of matters including acquisitions and disposals, property repossessions, insolvency proceedings, contractual disputes, pursuing debtors and debt recovery.

I am always looking to understand my clients’ needs by taking time to explain the details and work collaboratively to resolve any issues. I pride myself on being extremely conscientious, hard-working and diligent with my approach to any matter I am involved in.

My experience

A number of sales and acquisitions for a healthcare client who already has a well-established portfolio, with a combined value of over £1.5 million.

Acting on the sale of the entire issued share capital of a care home business in Bognor Regis with a value of £1.7 million.

Assisting on the £2million acquisition of a large portfolio of retirement properties for a Retirement Housing Association client.
