I am a chartered legal executive within the corporate team where I act for a variety of clients including lenders, financiers and insolvency practitioners.
As a chartered legal executive, I specialise in finance/asset-based lending and non-contentious corporate insolvency. I have experience working on a variety of matters ranging from assisting asset-based lenders and financiers with the production of facility and security documentation, helping them with operational client issues as they arise and advising them when their clients are distressed.
I also assist asset-based lenders, insolvency practitioners and directors of insolvent companies with out of court administration appointments and assisting with the sales of assets both pre and post appointment. I have significant experience assisting office holders with court applications to extend the administration periods beyond the statutory periods. I have the ability to remain calm in the face of client crisis, providing clear and concise advice and guidance, often under tight timescales.
