About Sian

Sian is a Senior Associate in our Corporate team. Sian advises on a variety of matters including acquisitions and sales, re-structures, management buyouts and investments. Sian also advises lenders and financiers on asset-based lending matters.


Highly motivated, calm and approachable, Sian makes difficult processes understandable, with clear and concise advice and guidance.


Committed to ensuring the firm continues to be a modern, exciting and innovative place to work, Sian co-founded the PDT Future Leaders group, which hosts seminars for local young professionals and meets on a regular basis to work on projects to future proof the firm.


Outside of work you can find Sian eating out, catching up with friends and walking her cocker spaniel, Hector.
