I am a solicitor in the corporate team where clients value me for being organised, approachable and committed to achieving the best outcome for them with clear and concise advice and support.

I am part of an experienced team that assists with a variety of matters including company acquisitions and sales, advising on their constitutional documents, investments, management buyouts, re-structures and shareholder agreements.

I also assist on advising lenders and financiers for both property development clients and asset based lending matters.

I am the chair of the firm’s future leaders group, which meets on a regular basis and hosts seminars for local young professionals.
