About Victoria

Victoria joined PDT’s expanding Commercial team in 2019 and assists clients with their commercial contracts and advising on issues of commercial law, including the compliance and enforcement aspects of data protection law, as well as in protecting and exploiting their intellectual property.

She is particularly experienced in reviewing and drafting commercial agreements and providing trademark and design filing advice.

Victoria is also a part-qualified Trademark Attorney, holding a Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice from Queen Mary University London, and has extensive in-house experience working for leading brands Jimmy Choo and Philip Morris.  As such, she is our clients’ first port of call for advice on brand protection, including trademark and design filings, IP enforcement and copyright issues.

Victoria speaks Italian and has a passion for cooking and playing the piano.
