We work in close collaboration with our clients their other advisers to ensure continuity of service and a structured delivery of considered advice as and when required.

As a Landlord with an investment portfolio, we have systems to create a level of uniformity throughout the leases you grant in order to assist with the management of each estate. We put in place standard documentation for each estate to ensure that we are able to progress, complete swiftly and protect the portfolios investment value. 


As a Landlord with an investment property, we ensure that the letting is concluded as quickly as possible in order to secure the agreed rental income from the earliest possible date. We have a number of documents which balance the requirements of the landlord with the needs of the occupational tenants and therefore, assist the parties in agreeing the leasehold documentation swiftly. 


In addition to assisting with the negotiation and completion of leases, we also assist with continuing management of the premises/estate, dealing with applications for consent to proposed alterations, underlettings and assignments and dealing with any property litigation (including non-payment of rent, dilapidations and breach of tenant covenants). 




All Tenant’s needs and priorities differ so we work closely with our clients both at the outset and throughout the transaction to achieve their objectives. We advise our tenant clients on both legal and practical issues which they will encounter in occupying a property as well as advising on the documents themselves.
