References to "PDT" are to PDT Solicitors LLP which is a law firm practising English law and we are regulated by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority (“SRA”). Before 1st May 2017, the law firm “PDT” was a general partnership constituted under the laws of England and Wales. Some documents and information available through this website were produced before 1st May 2017. Nothing in those documents is to be taken to indicate that we are an unlimited liability undertaking or general partnership.

 

The term “partner” is used to refer to a member of PDT Solicitors LLP or an employee or consultant with equivalent standing and qualifications. A list of our members and of the non-members who are designated as partners is open to inspection at our offices.
