Our client that specialises in PVC-U extrusion as well as fabricated window, door and conservatory solutions went into administration in March 2020 owing significant sums to ABN AMRO under its finance facility . We instructed PDT to assist us and the administrators at KPMG collect our client’s outstanding debts which by then, were largely contested on the basis that the client was unable to honour the product warranty.
