Companies House have confirmed that they will consider applications to extend filing deadlines for accounts which cannot be filed due to COVID-19.

You must apply for the extension before your company’s filing deadline. You should file your accounts online if you are able. If you are late in filing your accounts, an automatic penalty will apply unless Companies House consent to an extension before the filing deadline.

More information can be found on the Companies House website or we would be happy to assist.

Please contact Rebecca Glazebrook or Noel Ruddy to discuss further.
