I am a partner in the corporate team with extensive non-contentious insolvency experience in the UK and USA, as well as an experienced commercial lawyer.
I have particular experience in data protection, IPR and IT, charity law and complex outsourcing.
I also specialise in corporate insolvency (with a focus on advising insolvency practitioners and creditors), factoring, invoice discounting and asset-based lending, and hold the R3 Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency.

Advising a reseller and installer of commercial heating and power solutions in a complex dispute with an Italian manufacturer arising from dangerous defects in a unitised CHP product and resulting cross-border litigation.
Acted for office holders in the administration of a higher education institution, helping to achieve the successful transfer of the business to new ownership and ensuring continuity of education for enrolled students.
Regularly advises a leading international airline on contentious and non-contentious contract matters relating to its UK operations
Acting for a fintech client in a complex outsourcing transaction with a leading national bank, involving advice on complex ancillary issues related to data protection, licensing and exclusivity
Engaged by a major national charity to draft successful representations to the ICO on a proposed monetary penalty in connection with its fundraising
